ICT Head of Department

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the university’s ICT strategy. policies and digital transformation plans
• Manage ICT infrastructure, systems, applications, databases and user accounts
• Plan ICT budgets, procurement, installation, maintenance and equipment replacement
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable internet and system availability
• Develop and enforce ICT policies, procedures, standards and acceptable-use guidelines
• Coordinate implementation, maintenance and upgrading of ICT systems and platforms

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s Degree in IT, or Computer Science
• At least 3-5 years progressive ICT experience, preferably with a supervisory/management role
