Summary

Plans and purchases parts and materials for assigned warehouses or branches, balancing inventory levels with demand, placing purchase orders, and controlling stock accuracy and health.

Tasks

• Plan stock levels and replenishment for assigned locations using demand history and seasonality.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders with the OEM and approved suppliers in SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers on prices, lead times and back-orders.
• Run cycle counts and investigate stock variances with warehouse teams.
• Report availability, stock value and slow-moving stock.
• Follow MAG procurement and inventory policies.
• Develop own planning and procurement skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain.

Experience

3–5 years of inventory or procurement experience, preferably in automotive parts.
