Investments Officer-Kampala Uganda

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Contract: Permanent, full time

About the role:
Kweli Capital Uganda Limited (KCLU), a licensed Fund Manager and Unit Trust Manager, is looking for an Investments Officer to lead business development and operations for the Amaka and Ensimbi Unit Trusts.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or related field
• 2-5 years’ experience in financial services, with a pipeline/revenue track record CFA, CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Eligible for CMA Uganda fit and proper approval
• Strong Uganda market knowledge – institutional investor base, securities market, and professional network
