Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification documents at SNV Netherlands Development Organization, Plot 36, Luthuli Rise, Bugolobi, Kampala P.O. Box 8339, from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00am to 2:00pm (Friday).
The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx.100,000 (Uganda Shillings, One hundred thousand only).
Payments will be made to SNV Netherlands Development Organization, A/c No. 6003354685, Absa Bank Uganda Limited-Hannington Road.
The bidding document must be collected in person by the bidder or by an authorized representative upon presentation of the payment receipt and application letter at the SNV Uganda Operations Office.
Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted via email to

at or before 5:00pm on 20th November 2026. Late submissions shall be rejected.
