LISA Supporting and Sustaining Lives (LSSL) is a Ugandan nongovernmental organisation implementing various donor funded projects in Kampala. Kiryandongo and Kitgum Refugee Settlements. LSSL invites competent and eligible firms to apply for prequalification in the categories below.

• S4 Outside catering and hospitality services
• S5 Conference and accommodation facilities
• S6 ICT support, computer and printer servicing
• S7 Networking, internet and data connectivity
• S8 Repair of office equipment and generators
• S9 Motor vehicle and motorcycle repair and hire
• S10 Transport, logistics, Customs and warehousing
• S11 Security, cleaning and fumigation services
• S12 Travel, air ticketing and insurance brokerage

C. CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• C1 Research, baseline surveys and evaluations
• C2 Training and facilitation, including safeguarding
• C3 Legal, audit, tax and accountancy services
• C4 Translation and interpretation.

D. WORKS

• W1 Building construction, renovation and repairs
• W2 Water and sanitation work, boreholes and latrines
• W3 Electrical, plumbing and solar installation works
• W4 Carpentry, metal fabrication and painting

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.

• Certificate of incorporation or registration (URSB)
• Valid trading licence and sector permits / licences where applicable
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Company profile
• Evidence of similar assignments completed in the last two years;

with the subject “Pre-qualification 2027” clearing stating the code and name of every category applied for in the email body, to reach LSSL by 5:00pm on 23^rd October 2026.

NOTE: Any clarifications must be requested via email at least seven days before the closing date. Applications are evaluated on eligibility, experience, capacity, and technical and quality requirements. A firm may submit only one application per category.

Individuals may apply for categories C1, C2, C4, S2, S3, by attaching a copy of their national identity card. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and CV with evidence of previous works and at least two verifiable references and any certifications where applicable.
