NOTE: Each item must be applied for separately. Submission of interest will be evaluated in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset Act of 2007(as amended). This notice is open to all eligible bidders/firms.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a Non-refundable fee of Ugx.100,000/- (One hundred thousand shillings only) payable to the Bursar’s Office Maryhill High School, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during working days.

Sealed Bids must be submitted in three copies. 1(one) original and 2(two) photocopies delivered to the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit Maryhill High School P.O. Box 380, Mbarara not later than 25^th September 2026 at 10:00am, thereafter Bids will be opened at 11:00am in the School Golden Jubilee Building in the presence of Bidders Representatives who may wish to attend.

NOTE: LATE BIDS SHALL BE REJECTED.
