PROVISION OF RECRUITMENT AND TALENT ACQUISITION SERVICES
RUBIS Energy Uganda Limited hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced recruitment agencies and consultancies to submit tenders for the provision of end-to-end talent acquisition services.
The successful service provider will be expected to deliver one or more of the following services:
- Candidate sourcing and attraction
- Executive search and headhunting
- Candidate screening and shortlisting
- Interview and assessment support
- Reference and background checks
- Recruitment process support
- Temporary, contract, or project-based staffing solutions (where required)

Completed tender submissions should be delivered to our Head Office in sealed envelopes.
All submissions must be clearly marked on the envelope with the reference number: REU/PROC/REC/2026/001. The deadline for submission is 15 SEPTEMBER 2026.
