Reports to: Head of IT.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Age: 25-35 years
Experience:
- Must have a working experience of 1-2 years of technical support.
- Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs is an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Software knowledge.
- Proficiency in windows, software installation, hardware maintenance, and network connectivity.
