| Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. In Uganda, we are currently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Planner, based at our Namanve Plant in Kampala. As a Maintenance Planner, you will report directly to the Packaging Engineer.Key Purpose Statement. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing maintenance systems, developing and executing effective maintenance schedules, and supporting plant reliability to ensure maximum line availability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. |

| Skills, Experience & Education | Qualifications Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering. Experience • Minimum Three (3) years working relevant experience within an FMCG environment with at least (2) years’ experience in manufacturing/ maintenance engineering (with supervisory exposure). • MSD and MS Office proficiency. • Experience in a packaging/manufacturing environment is an added advantage.Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent planning and organizational ability. • High level of attention to detail and quality focus. • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Results-driven with strong execution discipline. • Innovative thinking with continuous improvement mindset. |
