Scope: Responsible for overall coordination of all maintenance activities for assigned properties within the respective property.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil/mechanical and electrical engineering or construction management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Construction management and maintenance Works.
