We are looking for a creative, motivated and result-driven Marketing Officer to strengthen our brand presence, engage our audience and drive business growth across digital platforms.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, creating and executing engaging digital content, managing social media channels, improving online visibility and supporting marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness and leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok and other digital platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Plan, design and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights.
- Manage online communities and engage with followers in a professional manner.
- Optimize website and content for SEO and online visibility.
- Assist in email marketing, digital advertisements and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to highlight services, projects and success stories.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
- Experience in content creation (graphics, reels, basic video editing is a plus).
- Good understanding of SEO, online optimization and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, proactive and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
