DEPARTMENT : Nursing
POSITION : Nurse
REPORTS TO : Head of Nursing
INTERFACES WITH : Clinical Coordinator and Team Leaders from other departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, or a certificate in Comprehensive Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Practicing License & Registration certificate from the nurses and midwives’ council impressive track record.

- Interpersonal skills using the teamwork concept with staff and management.
- Have a positive attitude, practice integrity, be honest and show respect for individuals.
- Knowledge of the nursing process and legal aspects of documentation.

- Able to learn independently
- Possess physical stamina.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- a) A nurse is expected to know the hospital facilities very well, able assess and help in any emergencies.
- b) Expected to rotate in all the nursing departments and work any shift allocated to them.
- c) To be flexible, and respectful to fellow staff and team leaders.
