• Support customers with health-related inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate information and guidance.
• Use digital tools to assist and resolve issues.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified nurse (RN or equivalent) with a passion for people.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable with digital systems and online tools.
• Social media skills (content, engagement, trends).
• A plus: experience creating social media content.
