About the Role
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and other key customers. We welcome applications from Clinicians, Pharmacists, Medical Representatives, and experienced Sales Professionals with a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare facilities and retail pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in medical education sessions, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or general sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve some sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving permit is an added advantage.
