About Majibu

Majibu Africa finances boda bodas, cars and now smartphones for Ugandans who can’t pay cash upfront. Our customers pay a small deposit and then daily instalments on MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. We are launching smartphone financing across Kampala and need a large team of field sales agents to sell phones on loan.

The job

• Find customers in your area — boda stages, markets, salons, shops, trading centres — and sign them up

for a smartphone on loan.

• Explain the deal: UGX 100,000 deposit, then a small daily payment on MoMo/Airtel Money.

• Register the customer in the Majibu app and hand over the phone once approved. Money never passes

through your hands — the customer pays Majibu directly.

• Sign up partner phone shops in your area and earn from every sale they make too.

• Hit weekly targets. Report to your Team Leader.

• Prove yourself and become a Team Leader — then earn from your team’s results as well.

What you earn

• UGX 50,000 per phone sold. No cap — earn as much as you sell.

• Paid every week. No delays.

• Commission on sales from partner shops you bring in.

• Monthly bonus for good performance.

• Promotion to Team Leader for top performers — earn on your own sales plus your team’s.

Requirements

• No degree needed. No experience needed — full training provided.

• Aged 18+, valid National ID.

• Own an Android smartphone.

• Fluent in Luganda and English.

• Live in Uganda and know your area well.

• Honest, self-driven, and hungry to earn.
