Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan photography and video assignments in line with the approved marketing calendar, preparing concepts, shot lists and production schedules.
• Capture professional photographs and videos of VAAL properties, including developments, show units, interiors, amenities and surrounding locations.
• Produce property walkthroughs, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials and corporate event coverage for approved marketing and communication purposes.
• Document construction progress at VAL project sites according to the agreed schedule, ensuring consistent coverage for project updates.
• Coordinate shoot logistics, equipment, location access and participants, providing direction during filming to achieve professional results.
• Editing photographs and videos, including retouching, colour grading, sound enhancement, subtitles and graphics, while preserving the accurate representation of VAAL properties.
• Adapt content for websites, social media, digital advertising, property listings and presentations, ensuring compliance with each channel’s technical requirements.
• Verify branding and property information, submit content for approval and incorporate feedback within agreed production timelines.
• Maintain an organised and backed-up archive of raw footage, photographs, editing files and approved outputs, and ensure responsible handling of production equipment.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company confidentiality requirements, site safety procedures and applicable permissions for participants, locations and third-party assets.
