Cairo Bank Uganda Ltd intends to pre-qualify suppliers for various goods, services and works for F/Y 2027-2029. All interested eligible providers including the existing suppliers/ providers are invited to apply for pre-qualification by indicating the lot numbers of goods, services and works they wish to apply.

CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS
The interested firms, individuals and companies who may be interested to apply should submit photocopies of the following documents:
- True certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
- A valid Trading License for the year 2026. Current Valid Income Tax Clearance (Original)
- Certified Powers of Attorney/ Partnership deed/Business.
- Detailed company profile to include management team and board of Directors.
- All firms, companies, individuals should submit Bank statements for the last six months/ Audited Books of Accounts for the last two years.
- New firms should show Technical ability and financial capacity to do the works.
- Payment proof of non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 per lot/ Category on UGX A/C No: 1760323730001 (Procurement Bidding)
- Professional Certification And/ AccreditationTin Number for individuals
- Recommendation Letters for similar services from three firms
SUBMISSION
The sealed pre-qualification document must be hand delivered to the below address NOT later than 30th September 2026, 10:00am.
