Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Officer to manage the sourcing of goods and services, ensure timely delivery, and oversee efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance with company policies, and smooth supply chain processes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes including sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiations
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate transportation, delivery, and distribution of goods
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Ensure proper documentation of procurement and logistics activities
• Track orders and resolve any supply issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Prepare procurement and logistics reports as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in hospitality industry or retail chain operations
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to manage stock control and timely purchasing
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Computer literacy, especially in Excel and procurement systems
• Honest, organized, and able to work under pressure
