Job Description
We are looking for a high-performance Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client and internal projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at exceptional quality standards.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity or control.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress
- Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, tech, marketing)
Team Coordination
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability across teams
- Facilitate clear communication between departments
- Ensure deadlines are respected without compromising quality
Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress and deliverables
- Manage expectations and handle feedback professionally
Quality & Delivery
- Ensure all outputs meet Young & Free standards
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain consistency across all deliverables
Reporting & Documentation
- Track project performance and generate reports
- Maintain proper documentation for all projects
- Provide insights for improving future execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
- Atleast 1–3 years of experience in project management (agency or consulting experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
