RHU invites qualified consultants and consultancy firms to conduct a Mid-Term Review of its Strategic Plan 2023–2028.
The review will assess progress, document lessons learned and provide recommendations to guide the remaining implementation period.

- CVs of key personnel
- Two references for strategic plan evaluations conducted for SRHR organisations
- Evidence of similar assignments • Cover letter outlining suitability and proposed approach
