RELATIONSHIP AND HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE- CASE HOSPITAL

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Patient & Visitor Service
    Greeting patients and visitors in person and on the phone, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel, handling all calls with polite and consistent phone etiquette, comforting anxious patients, and keeping them informed at all times.
  • Scheduling & Clinic Flow
    Booking appointments by phone and in person, keeping appointments on schedule through coordinating with providers, notifying doctors of patient arrivals and delays, ensuring patients are waiting in the correct areas, updating the whiteboard, and communicating with doctors regarding availability.
  • Admin & Billing Support
    Registering patients, verifying insurance cards, updating patient records, informing cash patients and co-pay clients of amounts due, and maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information.
  • Operations & Support
    Keeping the reception area clean and organized, ensuring stationery is fully stocked, responding to emergencies, following clinic policies and procedures, and carrying out other assigned duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • 1 year + experience as a Relationship and Hospitality Representative, Office administration or receptionist.
