1. Introduction
Bank of India Uganda Limited Invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible property owners, developers, or authorized agents for the provision of suitable premises to accommodate our banking operations in Namanve Industrial Park
2. Requirements
The premises should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Location: Central business area
- Size: Minimum 150 square meters and maximum of 200 square meters
- Accessibility: Easily accessible by public and private transport, with adequate parking facilities
- Condition: Ready for occupation or available within 2 months of contract signing
- Compliance: Must meet all local building codes, safety, and accessibility regulations and free of any incumbrances
- Other specifications: Provision for two toilets, have water and 3 phase electrical connections; Adequate space for generator and parking of vehicles for staff and customers, the banking space should be preferably on ground floor
- To allow the tenant (bank of India Uganda Ltd) to make modifications for internal washroom and pantry, ATM space, VSAT connection, building of a strong room as per bank of Uganda specifications.
3. Submission Details
Interested parties should submit the following:
- Letter of Expression of Interest
- Proof of ownership or authorization to lease/sell
- Property details (location map, floor plans, photographs)
- Evidence of compliance with statutory requirements
- Proposed rental terms
4. Delivery of EOI
Expressions of Interest must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EOI for Bank Premises – Namanve Industrial Park to the address below no later than 11th September 2026 by 5:00 PM”

- This EOI does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by Bank of India Uganda Limited
- Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Bank of India Uganda Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any submission without assigning reasons.
