RISK MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly motivated Risk Manager to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, assess, and manage business, credit, operational, and fraud risks.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor customer and portfolio performance and identify early warning signs.
• Identify, prevent, and investigate fraud and credit-related risks.
• Prepare regular risk reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree (MANDATORY) in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Management, Banking, Fintech, or Device Financing.
• Strong experience in credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, collections risk, and fraud management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of risk management systems and data analysis will be an added advantage.
