- Sales & farmer recruitment
- Agronomic advisory support
- Farmer profiling (Kobo & Odoo)
- Stock & financial accountability
- Market intelligence reporting
- Procurement support & collaboration
- Compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Certificate in Agriculture or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in agricultural input sales
- Experience with smallholder farmers desirable
