๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž:ย  3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development.
๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž:Strong knowledge or experience in Telecom, Infrastructure, Fiber, Solar, or Energy solutions is a must.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and an existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in telecom, infrastructure, fiber, solar, and energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.

SALES OPERATIONS & REPORTING

  • Track sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3 To 5 years of experience in Business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry-specific knowledge or experience (Telecom, Infrastructure, fiber, solar, energy solutions, renewable energy) is a must. Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
