๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:ย 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development.
๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐:Strong knowledge or experience in Telecom, Infrastructure, Fiber, Solar, or Energy solutions is a must.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and an existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in telecom, infrastructure, fiber, solar, and energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. โข Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
SALES OPERATIONS & REPORTING
- Track sales performance and pipeline metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3 To 5 years of experience in Business development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry-specific knowledge or experience (Telecom, Infrastructure, fiber, solar, energy solutions, renewable energy) is a must. Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
