Position Title: Sales Manager

Job Description in Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and
strengthening Bondstar’s position as a leading manufacturer of tile adhesives and grouts in Uganda. The
role will lead the sales function, develop strategic partnerships, expand distribution channels, manage key accounts, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.
The Sales Manager is expected to build a high-performing sales team, increase product visibility across
the country, and establish Bondstar as the preferred brand among contractors, developers, hardware
dealers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, contractors, and project accounts.
- Expand Bondstar’s distribution network and increase market penetration across Uganda.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and hardware dealers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain healthy debtor levels.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in construction materials, adhesives, paints, cement, or related industries is an added advantage.
