Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Program Management: Ability to oversee client communication, and class administration while ensuring continuous improvement.
• Marketing & Sales: Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing social media engagement.
• Partnerships & Networking: Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with influencers, media, corporate clients, and event suppliers.
• Financial & Budget Management: Ability to set revenue targets, manage budgets, track cash flow, and provide insights on pricing strategies.
• Strategy: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills to drive business growth.
• Customer Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Event Management: Ability to organize and execute promotional events, guest speaker sessions, and corporate training programs.
