Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and quotation.

• Inquiry Management
• Quotation Preparation
• Quotation Follow-Up and Conversion
• Insurance Pre-Authorization Support
• Admissions Coordination
• Package and Pricing Maintenance Lost Case Analysis

Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital sales, admissions, billing, or customer service role.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing medical/surgical quotations and managing insurance pre-authorizations is an added advantage.
