Location: Kampala, Uganda

LUBA Properties is looking for a motivated, results-driven Salesperson to join our team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Valid Ugandan driver’s license with good driving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up on potential land buyers.
• Conduct site visits with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
