KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To actively convert all sales opportunities from all company prospects.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
• Participate on behalf of Chint Uganda in exhibitions and conferences.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve good sales department results.
• To Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections.

CORE CAPABILITIES:

•  Proven experience as a sales representative or in relevant roles
• Fluent English and any other local language
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Excellent Convincing/Selling Language

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience in selling electricals is an added advantage
