Job Requirements

• A Diploma in a Business-related field
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales and customer acquisition
• Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation and discipline – able to work independently and meet weekly targets
• Ability to move within communities and conduct fieldwork regularly
• A passion for growth, customer service, and financial inclusion

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new clients within assigned communities
• Promote and sell the company’s financial products and services
• Conduct door-to-door outreach, field visits, and community engagement activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention
• Educate clients on financial products, terms, and benefits
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collect and record customer information accurately
• Follow up on leads and support clients throughout the onboarding process
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
