Job Requirements

• A Diploma in Business related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, customer acquisition
• Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation and discipline – able to work independently and meet weekly targets.
• Ability to move within communities and conduct fieldwork regularly.
• A passion for growth, customer service, and financial inclusion.
