- Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the Primary School Curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate science lessons that promote inquiry, experimentation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Use appropriate teaching aids, practical activities, and learning materials to support effective learning.
- Conduct continuous assessments and maintain accurate records of learner progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Supervise learners during co-curricular activities and school events as required.
- Uphold child protection and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned within his/her capacity.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma in Education with specialization in Science. ( A Bachelor’s Degree is added advantage)
- Valid Teaching Certification from the Ministry of Education and Sports.
- Minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in a reputable school.
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct continuous assessments and track learner progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
