Senior Associate – Claims

Reporting to: Manager, Ordinary Life

 Job Summary

Review insurance claims filed by policyholders, advise on the necessary documentation and ensure all valid claims are paid in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Diploma in Insurance

Experience:

• Experience in life claims processing.
• At least four years’ experience
