Padre Pio Micro Insurance is looking for a driven Senior Business Development Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Source, qualify, and convert opportunities into won, correctly documented business.
- Produce accurate, competitive proposals and quotations for clients.
- Service clients through the commercial journey and partner with internal teams to support renewal and retention.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a commercial role.
- High self-reliance with the ability to manage your pipeline and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior buyers and partners.
- A highly collaborative mindset, ready to work as a strong team player across operations and finance.
- Added Advantage: Experience in the insurance sector.
Location: Plot 31 Golf Course Road, Kololo, Kampala, Uganda.
