Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional insurance qualification is an added advantage.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in insurance operations, customer service, underwriting support, or a service center role.
- Exposure to life insurance servicing, customer retention, or distribution support is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple service priorities.
