Tricsoft Technologies Ltd is seeking a results-driven Software Project Manager to lead software development and ERP implementation projects, coordinate technical teams, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing software development, technology. or ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, planning. communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor software projects.
- Manage technical teams, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate client communication, testing, deployment, and project reporting.
- Ensure projects meet agreed deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
