Job Title: Stores Assistant

Norvik Enterprises Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate Stores Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a competitive a Stores Assistant who is responsible for providing assistance to the store manager in his day-to- day task.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory management
- Packaging and delivery of goods
- Make orders for customers and receive deliveries under the supervision of stores manager
- Check all products to see if they are not damaged /expired.
- Welcome and greet customers in a pleasant manner
- Maintain the store area neat and clean and sanitized
- Receive and solve complaints about the services or products
- Follow all company’s policies and procedures
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new products; offloading and loading of drugs.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Maintain the temperature and humidity logs for the stores.
- Assist store staff in displaying products in an easy-to-locate manner.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field from a recognized institution
- At least two (2) years’ work experience in stores and inventory management.
- Clear understanding of the stores and inventory policies and procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills and engaging personality.
- Should be confident, helpful and polite.
- Should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
- Knowledge of inventory techniques.
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
