The University of Saint Joseph Mbarara (USJM) invites eligible firms and companies to apply for pre-qualification to provide supplies, services, consultancy services and works for the financial years 2026/2027–2027/2028.

Applicants should carefully review the pre-qualification requirements outlined in the notice, complete the application form and submit it together with all the required supporting documents to the University’s Procurement and Disposal Unit.
Submission Deadline: Friday, 4th December 2026, at 2:00 PM.
Important Note: Firms that have already been pre-qualified by USJM are not required to reapply. However, they are required to update their existing records with any necessary documents.
