The System Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and monitoring sales teams through our high end Al-integrated Sales Monitoring System while ensuring efficient operation of IT support functions across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, reporting, and technical support skills, with the ability to drive team performance and ensure achievement of organizational objectives.

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, customer support, sales supervision, or a related supervisory role.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and support operations. Experience working with reporting systems, dashboards, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or Al-powered monitoring tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
