Africente Microfinance is a regulated financial institution providing flexible financial solutions to entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers and small businesses. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our team by filling the following positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily team activities, productivity and performance.
- Oversee loan applications, disbursements, repayments, collections and portfolio quality.
- Monitor arrears and ensure timely follow-up and recovery of overdue loans.
- Prepare and submit regular team/branch performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with Africente’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coach, mentor and support team members while addressing performance gaps.
- Handle customer concerns and promote quality customer service.
- Identify operational, credit and financial risks and ensure timely corrective action.
- Work closely with Credit, Recovery, Sales and Finance teams to ensure effective operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Microfinance or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in microfinance
- Experience in team supervision, credit operations and loan recovery.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with targets, manage pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and accountability.
- Good knowledge of financial, credit and operational policies and procedures.
