What you’ll do:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and specialists through concept design, detailed design, and tender documentation
• Ensure design integration with international safety standards and Ugandan statutory requirements
• Serve as the primary technical and coordination interface with the Client throughout the assignment

What we’re looking for:

• Ugandan national
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Architecture
• Registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
• and/or Architects Registration Board (ARB)
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, including at least 10 years leading design of high-technical/specialized facilities
• Prior experience on government or regulatory infrastructure projects strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary technical teams
