Africa Biosystems Limited Uganda is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our Clinical Diagnostics Division in kampala, Uganda.
- Position: Technical Sales Specialist
- Location: Kampala, Uganda
Department: Clinical Diagnostics
The successful candidate will help drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and provide technical support across our clinical diagnostic solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales and revenue targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
- Providing product training, technical support and after-sales service
- Supporting adoption of new diagnostic products and solutions
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attending industry events, conferences and trade shows
- What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory principles and clinical diagnostics
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
