Job description:

The Tender Sales Administrator is responsible for the effective end‑to‑end coordination of tender and contract administration activities, with a strong focus on Government (B2G) automotive sales. The role ensures high‑quality bid submissions, regulatory compliance, and disciplined post‑award contract support, thereby strengthening tender win rates, audit readiness, and overall sales execution performance.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Ensure end‑to‑end coordination of all automotive sales tenders, resulting in complete, compliant, and timely submissions that meet client, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.

2. Enable informed bid/no‑bid decisions through structured analysis of tender requirements, commercial viability, and technical alignment, supporting optimal allocation of sales effort and resources.

3. Deliver high‑quality, PPDA‑compliant tender documentation that meets evaluation criteria, reduces compliance risk, and strengthens bid competitiveness across Government and B2B tenders.

4. Support post‑award government contract administration to ensure vehicles are delivered within agreed timelines, deviations are proactively managed, and client communications comply with contractual and PPDA guidelines.

 5. Ensure all tender and contract files are complete, up to date, and audit-ready, reinforcing ethical selling practices and strong governance in public sector engagements.

Professional Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Procurement, Marketing, Law, or related business discipline

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in tender administration, sales support, procurement coordination, or contract administration.
  • Working knowledge of PPDA regulations and Government procurement processes, including tender compliance and contract management.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting tender documents, RFQs, and contracts to support compliant bid submissions.
