Job Requirements

• A Diploma in Tourism or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in tours and travel, hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Uganda’s tourism destinations and national parks is an added advantage
• A passion for travel, customer service, and creating memorable client experiences

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage tour itineraries for clients
• Book hotels, flights, and other travel arrangements
• Coordinate airport pickups, transfers, and tour schedules
• Liaise with tour guides, drivers, hotels, and other service providers
• Work closely with national parks and relevant authorities to organize tours
• Handle client inquiries and provide travel advice and support
• Ensure smooth execution of tours from start to finish
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the tourism sector
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
