We are excited to announce the launch of the inaugural Victoria Motors Graduate Development Programme, implemented in partnership with Kyusa Institute.
This initiative reflects our shared commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness by developing a new generation of technically competent, professionally capable and values-driven young professionals.
The programme is anchored in our Head, Hands and Heart Development Model, which emphasizes three critical dimensions of professional growth:
HEAD: Building knowledge, technical competence and business understanding.
HANDS: Developing practical skills through structured apprenticeship, workplace assignments and real-world experience.
HEART: Cultivating integrity, accountability, excellence, resilience and a strong professional work ethic.
THREE APPRENTICESHIP TRACKS
We invite applications from graduates interested in the following career pathways:
1. Fleet and Mechanical Operations: Fleet supervision, automotive mechanics and technical operations.
2. Sales and Customer Engagement: Sales, customer relations, business development and commercial operations.
3. Administration and Accounts: Administration, finance, accounting and business support operations.
Selected participants will benefit from a structured learning experience combining workplace apprenticeship, mentorship, in-person workshops, virtual learning, self-paced online courses and practical business improvement projects.
Programme Duration: November 2026 – June 2027
