KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, attentive, and team-oriented
