Education & Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
- Training in food safety and hygiene is a plus
Experience
- 1–2 years in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Experience using POS systems (e.g.,Karibu, Micross, IDS, Ezee Optimus) preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to upsell menu items.
- Teamwork and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking and serving orders.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction in the restaurant/bar.
- Setting up and clearing tables.
- Processing bills and payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
