Waitress (2 Positions – Food & Beverage Service (The Mist Hotel Entebbe)

Reports to: F&B Supervisor
 Education & Qualifications
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
  •  Training in food safety and hygiene is a plus

Experience

  •  1–2 years in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Experience using POS systems (e.g.,Karibu, Micross, IDS, Ezee Optimus) preferred.

 Key Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  •  Ability to upsell menu items.
  •  Teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Taking and serving orders.
  •  Ensuring guest satisfaction in the restaurant/bar.
  •  Setting up and clearing tables.
  • Processing bills and payments.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
