KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock management.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety and discipline.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, feed, equipment and products.
• Implement health, safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
• Report on stock levels, losses, damages and other operational issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or store environment, preferably in an aquaculture, agri-business or FMCG setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
