Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate furniture production from approved designs and customer orders.
- Prepare 3D furniture designs, drawings, measurements, and cutting lists.
- Plan materials and production processes, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation.
- Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance to carpenters and resolve production challenges.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct quality checks on finished furniture.
- Assist to add the knowledge of how to run a Cnc Machine
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate/Diploma in Carpentry & Joinery, Wood Technology, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in carpentry, furniture production, or woodwork planning.
- Strong practical carpentry and joinery skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare measurements/cutting lists.
- Knowledge of wood, boards, hardware, and furniture construction.
- Experience with 3D furniture/CAD software is an added advantage.
